I have just begun marketing and as I'm getting my first list together for a marketing campaign to find motivated sellers, BP MEMBERS

Who buy properties in the Baltimore area I believe this will provide some direction in finding homes that there is high demand for. What types of properties are you interested in purchasing from a wholesaler in the Baltimore area.

I did, too. Was wondering if a DMV employee was getting into the business and trying to figure out how to utilize the database of current addresses ;-)
