Tips for hiring D4D drivers

So without overcomplicating anything......... I'm looking to hire driving for dollars drivers. How do I make a system that uses the drivers effectively? I could tell them I need them to find houses in a zip code and I'd pay them 15 bucks an hour. Then, maybe a bonus for anything we close on. Would there be any more to it than that? I'm sure someone on here has probably hired drivers before.
