Offer to purchase and assignment contracts

Hello, all,

I had an initial consultation with a real estate attorney in North Carolina about wholesaling, and he gave me a 99% on issues discussed, but was going to do some research to get back to me if he thought it was 100% a go.  He was also supposed to draft language in the offer to purchase and assignment contracts for me to use.  This was over a week ago, and I have called and emailed the last several days and he has not responded to any of those.

Does anyone know of a North Carolina attorney that is familiar with wholesaling?  Additionally, does anyone have offers to purchase and assignment contracts that they would be willing to share?

Thank you!

What area in NC @Nolan Chandler.  I'm a Transactional Lender and work with a LOT of closing attorneys there and do have some I really enjoy working with.  Generally though, most closing attorneys aren't going to give you a purchase and sale contract, they usually work with whatever the wholesaler already has.  I could send you some but you could also make a post and many people will share one with you.  There most likely are some in the files section here as well.
