Wholesaling Properties with Back Taxes Owed
Is there any other procedure to wholesaling a house when there are back taxes owed? Does the purchase amount on the contract include the taxes or just the sale price? What else is required when doing this kind of deal?
I've never wholesaled a back tax property but I'm finding there are quite a few around right now.
