Locating and proposing to owner's
Hi there, I am new to this. How exactly does wholesaling work? Is it just finding motivated sellers and matching them with cash buyers for a fee? Or, is it locating distressed properties and proposing to owner's to sell to you. Or, is it something else?
I see properties listed on websites that seemed to be cheap fixer-uppers. The sellers are looking for cash buyers. Are they wholesaling then?
