Wholesaling in Louisiana
Had a question? I've been doing a lot of research past few months and want to start doing wholesaling. Question I had is, does anyone know in here know if Louisiana is a title closing state or an attorney closing state or both? 2nd. Does title companies or attorneys in Louisiana know and work with wholesaling?
