what is the best mailing services to use as a new wholesaler who is getting started? any advice I would appreciate.

Depends what the goal is and how you plan on doing it. There are multiple mailer services for printing and shipping postcards, standard yellow letters, and more systemized stuff. 

Dealmachine is good if you're planning to do driving for dollars. Take a pic of the property and it gets included in the postcard sent to the property owner

You could right out letters by hand and send them via USPS.

Or use a service like yellowletterscomplete to get someone to write stuff for you.
