Newbie to Wholesaling...
Newbie to Wholesaling. Currently focusing on properties in Petersburg and Richmond, VA. My short term goal is to succeed at finding deals and successfully assigning contracts. Long term, I am interested in Buy & Hold (Short-term rentals, lease option and lower-income rentals). Bigger Pockets have been very informative. Hope to connect with Real Estate go-getters and be of encouragement because real estate investing is hard work but worth it!
