Hi BP community was just wondering if anyone has suggestions or recommendations for wholesaler friendly title companies that are in Tennessee or work throughout the South ? Looking to get some ideas of who is easier and trustworthy from a wholesaler perspective. Thank you!

We use Key Title in Chattanooga.  They also have an office in Nashville now.
