Wholesaling in Germany
Dear friends,
As a newbie in the RE area, I have a few questions about the wholesaling. I currently live in Germany and would like to get some knowledge and experience in the RE game. I have read a lot of articles about the market in Germany and that the strategy "wholesaling" does not work in this country. My question is: Why is it not possible to do a wholesale deal in Germany? Isn't it just finding a property and selling the contract to another person for a small fee? It is similar to a RE agent. Which regulations or rules keep me from doing that? Since there aren't many articles about this topic, any respond is highly appreciated, thanks in advance <3
