Going to meet a seller today

Good Afternoon BP,

My Girl friend and I are going to meet a seller lead at 4pm today. I received from my web site today. I am getting together a one page purchase contract, and a repairs check list I can bring along.

My biggest question is that the home is in an "estate" per the seller. He stated that his parents passed and left him and his siblings ( unknown number. at this time) a property in a trust. From the couple of emails I have exchange with the seller he sounds to have a real estate background. Any ways I'm getting off topic.

As far as a deal with a property in an estate is concerned, does anyone have advice on questions I should be asking, to ensure I can make the transaction go smoothly? I'm sure it has the potential to get complicated when multiple "sellers" have to make a decision. I would be looking to wholesale this deal.
