What are the benefits with networking with other wholesalers?

My priorities would be.

1) Spend more time with sellers

2) Mastermind with a groups of people in your industry & more important OUTSIDE of your industry as well.

Find people who you would like to emulate.

a) Intelligence

b) ethics

c) net worth

Just make sure you are bringing something valuable to the party.

Hi @Lakeesha Romero You will tend to find the most successful investors will want to meet others in the field and will usually talk pretty freely about what they do.  It is a good way to learn new things and make connections to people that you may do business with in the future.

At the very least you may be able to co-wholesale deals if you find something that looks good but doesn't fit any of your go to buyers criteria.

IMO, I have started networking with other wholesalers on Bigger Pockets to ask questions when I run into a particular situation.  I am also comparing their marketing strategies to mine so I can greatly improve faster.  I have been on Bigger Pockets for the past 5 months but it wasn't until recently, I started reading the Bigger Pockets handbook and a big yellow light went off.  I must have been nuts not to read this earlier because it has taught me a lot in every chapter.  One of the best reasons to network, the experience and knowledge of a particular situation or subject.  I would also suggest you read the BP guide, it will save you a lot of time and money.

I love working with other co-wholesalers.

Sometimes I have deals but no cash buyer...Sometimes the have deals but no cash buyer.
