Question about wholesaling as a real estate agent.

Hello. I'm a licensed Realtor always looking for off market deals. I seemed to have found a great deal for an investment but I'm not too sure how to navigate to avoid the legality aspect of capitalizing on my find. Although collecting a 3% commission is always nice, I would like to be able to wholesale, partner, or be able to build wealth in other ways instead of being always committed to my brokerage. My question is how and what direction would you take to not violate any laws or possible repercussions against someone that is licensed?
