Hi all,

I sent my first set of YL out yesterday in the mail and I received my first call. I reviewed the script of what do ask when the phone starts ringing so thanks for that. But the caller threw me for a bit of loop.

I was asked specifically "how did you get my name and know that i was interested in selling".

I stumbled a minuted but told the truth. I got it from a list i purchased. Has anyone else faced this question? if so what were your answers?

"I got your info from public tax records. Actually, I did not know if you were interested in selling, but that's why I sent the letter, to ask. Are you interested in selling?"
