Wholesaling Education Recommendations?

Hi All! I’m interested in getting into wholesaling in order to accumulate more capital to put towards scaling my buy and hold rental portfolio. Does anybody have any recommendations on any books, podcasts, videos, seminars, etc. to learn more about how to successfully wholesale? Thanks!

You do not need education on wholesaling.

Here read this:

The reason most wholesalers are not successful is because it is not wholesaling, what the problem is. It is finding motivated off-market seller leads willing to sell below market value. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Most wholesalers are struggling because they buy courses and listen to people that will tell them to do Direct Mail Marketing, Cold Calling, Door Knocking, Drive For Dollars, Bandit signs, or text people, to find off-market motivated seller leads. But here is the problem: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀A

All these marketing strategies, these gurus tell them to do, have horrible success rates. Direct Mail Marketing, less than 3%. Door knocking, try 0.08%. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is a problem because the key to wholesaling success is your ability to reliably find off-market motivated seller leads! In other words, your success depends on strategies that have less than 3% success rate. YES this is a big deal!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The key is finding motivated seller leads, willing to sell below market value! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The best place where motivated sellers can be found reliably is on Google, i.e. the internet. Not MLS, Not DMM, and Not Doorknocking. Anyone and everyone will flock to Google when they need a problem solved. You do, I do, Motivated sellers do! The sooner you accept this, the sooner you can start scaling your business! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When it comes to the MLS (where the majority of the sellers want market value), or DMM (where each potential seller literally gets 15 mailers from competitors every week) there is just WAY too much competition. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But ranking #1 on Google, is a stealth-ninja-kung-fu-praying-mantis-style way to intercept any and all motivated sellers before anyone else can reach them. BOOM!

It is not wholesaling that is the issue or that you need to learn.

It is LEAD GENERATION you need help with!
