Hiring a cold caller online?

Question

Hey, for anyone who's hired an online person to make cold calls to find property owners. How do you know the "cold caller person" actually called those property phone numbers and not faked everything? That's my only concern with paying for a person to cold call property owners.

Another option is to pay them only for leads brought in. So if they fake the call, they don’t have a lead to supply.

As for cold calling in general, you may very well be violating fcc regulations. I can’t stand spam calls or texts and they have gotten out of control in this country. Please don’t add to the problem, there are legal and better ways to get leads starting with an online presence using SEO.

Having a website in which you drive traffic through SEO (search engine optimization) is one of the best ways to have potential home sellers come to you rather than you contacting homeowners via spam/etc.

@Juan David MaldonadoIt's a dialer. So they would log in to the dialer and call through it and it tracks their contacts, no contacts, etc. I personally use it to cold call.

Hi @Juan David Maldonado -- That's a good question. Just like the folks above, my team uses Mojo Dialer as well! Not necessarily for time tracking, but that is a nice side benefit as well

More importantly, you can call anywhere from 8x-10x faster when using a dialer. I've found Mojo to be effective, and it has a built-in CRM. We make ~15,000 calls/wk so this is an absolute must.

Finally, make sure you trust the team that you hire. I have a fantastic group that works out of Bangladesh, and we treat them like family. We have frequent team meetings, and they are absolutely pivotal to my business. I'm happy to refer you if you have any interest.

@Juan David MaldonadoMake them use mojo dialer. You can see whether they made the calls via the dialer on the account when they were supposed to be calling or not.
