Do I have to put my personal address on contracts?

I just remember reading somewhere on BiggerPockets about a wholesaler who got threatened with a shotgun when the seller found out how much his assignment fee was.

I have a P.O. Box that I’d rather use.

I don’t mind sellers having my personal phone number. I have a burner phone for cold calls and I use my personal phone for follow ups.

Hands down use a PO Box.

Many mailbox companies will allow you to write their physical address and the PO Box number as the suite number. This comes in handy if you want to avoid writing the generic "PO Box XXX" version.
