Mobile home wholesale
I have a mobile home that needs renovation, and I’m wanting to put it under contract to wholesale. Thing is the sellers are just wanting it off of their property. Does anyone have any idea how I would go about doing this? (All they have is a bill of sale) I would be getting this thing for STUPID cheap ($500) and they are ready to sign.
