Cold Calling CRM Recommendations?

Question

Does anyone have a great CRM that is excellent at facilitating Cold Calls to property owners?

I have a list of properties and owners contact information with multiple contact numbers that I need to call through in order to find the one that is the right one for the contact.

I've used CRMs like Close and HubSpot previously but I need one that can help me organize the data well and quickly make the calls.

@Marc DeLeonibusI would recommend checking out Mojo dialer. It's not a CRM, it's a dialer but it's what I use to cold call.
