Hey, i have a house flipping business, but for the time being, im looking to switch over to wholesaling. Does anyone have a model/ marketing plan that works for you. Marketing softwares, tactics, text blasting, dealers, etc… thanks!!

There is no difference in marketing for wholesaling, flipping or buy and hold.

You need to find motivated sellers. It is irrelevant what you will do with the house AFTER you buy it. It is about finding people willing to sell their house at a discount.

None of the list powered marketing strategies target motivated sellers. You are just blindly shooting in the dark hoping a motivated seller responds. You need to find a way motivated sellers find you.

Start with a website, make it credible and do Facebook ads, Youtube ads, even PPC. For immediate results this is simply the best way to do it.
