How do money get transferred in wholesaling
How do money get transferred? Let's say i sign "Purchase and Sale Agreement" with the seller and "Assignment of Contract Agreement " with the buyer? Does the buyer pays directly the seller and pays me the wholesaler fee or does he sends the money to me and I send them to the seller?
