SMS Texting - Lead Sherpa?

BP Community - These forums have been vital in getting up and running in the RE world, to which I am so grateful! (Long-time creeper of the forums.)

I am looking to ramp up my wholesaling side-hustle, and have centered on trying to move time spent calling cold leads (Propstream) to calling warm leads. I understand to make this change, I will have to be spending more money on tools. To which, I keep coming back to SMS.

Does anyone utilize SMS text blasting to generate warm leads?

Lead Sherpa has been a company that keeps coming up with some user success. However, it is tough to get information on these SMS companies. Has anyone used Lead Sherpa? Does anyone have an alternative?

What type of success (i.e. response rate) or failure have you had with SMS?

I know that this has been a topic on previous forums. However, with the recent changes, I wanted to see how the current landscape feels. Grateful for any help!

(As a note, I am doing out-of-state wholesaling (in the Midwest), with a focus in MFH.)
