Purchase & Sale Agreements - NJ Approved
Hey there!
How can I acquire Purchase & Sale Agreements (for Wholesaling), that are approved for NJ?
More importantly, what Exit clauses need to be put in place in the rare event I can't find a buyer? (loss of earnest money is fine).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd like to gain more confidence on the legal side of things before I begin wholesaling.
