In general, how has wholesaling been historically in recessions? Is it something that can be sustained in one? Additionally, what is the growth and scaling options like for wholesaling? I hear people making hundreds and millions of dollars a month with wholesaling, but whats a more realistic number for beginners and then for more experienced people?
