Legal Matters in Wholesaling
Whats the best way to go about wholesaling in terms of minimizing personal risk and liability? Is an LLC recommended (although that can be tricky since the LLC would be the "owner" of the contract). Is it also advised to speak to a real estate lawyer to draw up the contracts that the seller will sign?
