You can also try searching the property tax records. Go to http://publicrecords.netronline.com/ and go to state then county. It will even tell you if the data is available online for free or not.

@Chris Piper thanks for the links! I just drove for $$ for the first time today and the links helped me find the owners. By the way, has anyone had experience when a trust owns the property? A trust came up as an owner. Should I send the same letter I'm going to send to the other properties? It will be something like I heard on the podcast "I drove by your house and found it very interesting. If you would like to sell it for cash, as-is, without doing any repairs give me a call".
