Texas Wholesale Real Estate Contract

I’ve been looking into wholesaling and I’m pretty much ready to get started, the only thing I’ve been confused on is the contracts necessary. I’ve heard that you can just use the TREC 1-4 contract but I’m curious where I would get an assignment for that and I also was wondering what the best route to finding a contract I can use is.
