Wholesaling with a realtor
do I have to put a down payment down or earnest money? My plan is to get the deal and assign the deal ASAP. An example I fax a realtor and get them to agree to a deal of 150k on a 200k sale. Do I send them an assignment of contract and have my buyer in line and also give them 1 and double close? PLEASE HELP!!! :crying:
