Calculate Rehab Costs?

Hello everyone,

I am an aspiring wholesaler. A couple of questions: How do you determine the cost of rehab if you have little capital to pay for inspectors and contractors to do the heavy lifting for you? Also, once you get the rehab estimates, how do you figure what is a good asking price reduction to accommodate the needed rehab?
