Just get out there and do it already
So many read books, listen to tapes, go to seminars and research things to death. News flash, that is NOT going to make you any money. Another news flash, that is not going to teach you what you really need to know. Nothing beats hands on. I did not know a thing about RE, 10 years or so ago. Within my 1st month, I found a property, and flipped the contract (back then it was called just that flipping a contract, not some guru made up word Wholesaling) for 19k. I said wow that was easy. Well 500 or so deals later, and never once going to a class, or reading a RE book. Just keep it simple. Connect with those doing deals, learn and apply what you learn. Get out there and do it already. Like the HD slogan, Where doers get things done :)
