WHOLESALING IN ROCHESTER, NY
Just bought my 2nd rental in Rochester thanks to all the help and support of the Bigger Pockets community. I am looking to begin wholesaling and wanted to see if anyone had any advice on building a cash buyer list. I am worried people will not take me seriously as a beginner wholesaler. And what did you find was the most effective way to market to that cash buyers list once you found a deal?
