Hi fellow Wholesalers! 

I am a wholesaler in the South Bend, IN market. 

I'm looking for some examples of what others are using as SMS Templates when doing a texting campaign. 

We have the basics down but can always improve. I am mainly looking for what types of wording everyone is using when hitting list spefics like pre-foreclosures or high equity properties.

Use carrier compliant messages or the carriers will flag you. Youtube Batchleads and they have some vids that show examples of carrier compliant messages. Batchleads doesn't want to share them but if you stop the vid at places you can get 3 or 4 and from them develop your own.
