What’s your Wholesale Strategy
As I get into wholesale, I’m starting to notice I’m spending a lot of money in find leads. I’ve also been working on my team to help with calls and e-mails. Before I get into spending thousands and no deals. I’d love to hear some tragedy on find the deals. How many calls are you doing a week? Are you managing it all? Are you using a skip trace service?
