Cleveland Wholesaling
I am thinking about starting a wholesaling business in Cleveland and actually having an office downtown and the whole works. Is it legal to wholesale properties because I'm sure every state has different laws regarding it. I'm not a licensed realtor but I would only be working with properties not listed on the MLS and cash buyers who would be completing the deals usually via Quit Claim deeds after they did there own due diligence.
Any input about this would be greatly appreciated!
