Advertising Wholesale deals on the MLS
Hi guys,
I was wondering if anybody advertised their wholesale deals on the MLS. I have a license so I can post on the MLS. But wasn't sure about if it would be legal to advertise assignment deals on the MLS. How would the incoming contract be written? I know I would have to pay a sales commission to the buy side but I could cover that in the sell price. Any suggestion would help.

I see this in the Philadelphia market regularly, the listing states it's cash or HML only and an assignment. I only see one realtor doing this but he's got many listings of this kind and they generally sell as they seem to be fair deals for flippers and buy/hold landlords. As long as your broker is ok with assigning contracts I don't see why it'd be a problem.
