Where do wholesalers source their wholesale contracts from?

I want to start wholesaling in my area and need a place to source quality wholesaling contracts.

I tried sourcing them from my local realtors association(WRA), but they don't grant access to them without being a licensed realtor. I need documents that I can rely on. I don't have too much trust in the random contracts that come up when I google "wholesaling contracts". Paying a real estate lawyer to write up contracts or paying a realtor to send me copies is not out of the question. I'm wondering if there is any free options that wholesalers typically rely on to get their contracts?

I also have the contracts Jerry Norton provides for free on his website. Does anyone use these?

There is the regular sales contract between you and the seller.  In CA and TX, I used the standard sales contracts that the dept's of real estate put out, I'm just careful about verbiage I put on them.  There is an Assignment Agreement that's done between you and the end buyer you are assigning to (you source that through networking with other wholesalers).  Once you submit the signed Assignment Agreement to escrow, they often ask that you get an Amendment to the initial contract signed by seller to acknowledge the buyer change.
