Using FB ads to get $5 warm opt-in leads
Wanted to hear everyone’s experience with Facebook ads for lead gen. I just started wholesaling and just started experimenting with FB ads. My first month I spent about $700 and got around 120 leads. A lot of it was wasted on stuff that didn’t perform well, so there’s lots of room for optimization. But overall I was very happy with the results. The leads were for the most part all real, motivated sellers. I had no idea what I was doing going into it so I’m excited to see where this goes As I gain more experience.
