Wholesale Mentor in ATL?
I’m currently working on my first wholesale deal. I’m running into a lot of processes I’m not sure how to go about, and would love to find a mentor in the Atlanta area that’s willing to kind of walk me through these deals. I have a few properties that I have my eye on and a few end buyers waiting, I’d love to joint venture with someone who knows the process!
