Hello, I have a property in Austin Texas I want to have contract assigned to me then I will wholesale it out. Does anyone know the form or have the form to fill out and have seller and I sign? I am new to this as I have only bought and held long term rentals before.

Thanks! Dan

Hey @Dan Chapman

It's not a form, you have to sign a regular purchase and sale agreement with the seller as if you were to buy it but with an assignment clause. Jerry Norton shares a wholesale package with all the contracts and agreements. Here is the link https://flipster2019.s3.amazon...

Use the purchase and sale agreement to get under contract with the seller and then use the assignment agreement to assign the deal to an end buyer.
