New Investor, Ready To Learn & Connect!
Hey everyone,
My name is Troy and I'm a real estate investor/wholesaler working throughout DC, MD & VA. I've been a long time lurker on Bigger Pockets and I'm finally getting involved! I'm currently scaling up a small wholesaling business with a few VA's that do off market (cold call/text) and on market lead generation, so I'm looking to network and gain & contribute advice from the community. We have done a couple deals so have proof of concept, but looking to do more.
I've traveled throughout the states as an auditor, so I've seen a lot of different markets and I'm always looking for new opportunities. OH, FL, NV I'm particularly familiar with. I'm also experienced in the culinary industry, so I have a good eye for detail and I'm always looking for ways to improve my portfolio.
