I made an app to find deals in my local market place. Now I just need to figure out how to use it. I am looking at possibly wholesaling as one avenue to make money with it. Check it out below:

Does anybody have experience consistently finding deals through the local MLS to wholesale? I am sure my app could be tooled for any market that provides downloadable data as well if you are interested. I am looking for insightful feedback of how to use this tool I have created!
