Anyone worked with this company Bid4U Properties?
I don't know when I signed up for this (or if I ever did), but Bid4Uproperties is based in AZ, and they send out emails in respect to wholesale properties and auctions. They also say they provide HML as well.
Just curious to see if anyone has worked with them, as my friend in AZ who is a realtor hasn't heard of them before; however, I have been receiving their emails for well over 6 years so they've been around for awhile.
