Hey Y'all,

I have been researching real estate investments for the last year and have just finished Brandon Turner's, The Book on Investing in Real Estate With No and Low Money Down, where I found out much more in depth on how the different niches in Real Estate work. I am looking at getting started by using Wholesaling as a tool to build capital and learn more about finding a deal. Open to hearing others experience, insight, advice on this.
