HOW TO SOURCE BUYER FOR LARGE WHOLESALE DEAL

Hello BP Family,

I hope you're having a prosperous year so far.

I recently got into wholesaling and am working on a deal that happens to be with a close friend. He is selling his home and I was offered the opportunity to wholesale the deal.

I'm looking for strategies on sourcing disposition wholesalers, agents and buyers that fit the criteria.

Any opinions and recommendations are welcomed.

Build your network, tools that David just mentioned are very good. But these software have a monthly fee that for one deal I dont know if is cost effective.

Acquisition partners call them the wholesale we buy from them 305-600-9045  Laura.

we need more information of the status of the house is it a cosmetic rehab or a full rehab? You need to find the right buyers that will give the best price for your friend.

1) Look for recently sold flips and reach out to the sellers and ask about their experience with the flip, and whether they are interested in buying more properties.2) Search for recent cash sales on Propstream or Batchleads, once you've identified a list of properties, you can use skip tracing tools to find the contact information for the buyers and reach out to them directly.3) Networking events can be a great way to connect with potential cash buyers in your area.Good luck!

I'd have some conversations with the top realtors and wholesalers in the area (just remember you don't want your friends house to end up on a bunch of realtor or wholesaler email blasts).

Get a sense for what their buyers would pay for the deal. Then line that up with what your friend would like to net on the deal.

You and the realtor/wholesaler can split the difference.
