Off the bench!
Hi BP,
I'm officially off the bench and have started actively wholesaling. I've spoken with sellers this week, viewing properties, and started a yellow letter campaign.
Hoping this will bring me closer to my first deal. I'll keep you posted on my successes and failures.
I have so appreciated this community for giving me the confidence to get in the game.
