The time frame of finding a buyer
Hi, my name is Yusuke.
I have two 2 questions
1. How many days are generally given to the wholesaler to find a new buyer?
2. If the wholesaler unfortunately can't find a buyer, what happens to him/her? Does he/she lose earnest money deposit?
