Wholesaling partnership !!!
Hello BP family,
I’m based out of NYC and it has been some what
been difficult to find a partner to wholesale with in
the area. Joined my local REÍA but not to many
investors that I came across was really interested.
My W-2 job gives me great access to properties that
is in distress etc… inside the New York City area.
Just tired of being complacent with all my resources.
