Co-Wholesaling

What contracts are you using when co-wholesaling? Can I simply use an option contract with the wholesaler and then use a regular assignment contract with end buyer? We would be splitting profits 50/50. I wouldn't be adding fee to the original wholesalers price. Can anyone share what specific contract their using. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks
