New To Wholesaling
Hello. I am a licensed Realtor in Palm Beach County and I am looking to get into wholesaling. My plan is to leverage the MLS to find properties, as I already have access as a licensed agent. With that said, does anyone have any recommended strategies for this as well as go-to resources for someone that is just getting started in wholesaling? Also, do you know if as a licensed Realtor I could use the Florida Bar "As-Is" Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase from Florida Realtors when submitting offers on properties, or do I need to use a specific wholesaling contract? Thank you!
