Boots on the Ground, contrary to what people post, is critical. We won't invest in an area without it. It's sooooo hard to find people to trust. I'm in the Tampa market, but what BOTG are you seeking? What role do you see them playing for you? What is your roll and how might these BOTGs be compensated? It would really help to understand what you're trying to find people to do for you.
